Breakfast was great. Only 5 minutes from Universal Studios. Helpful and friendly staff

All of the staff from housekeeping to front desk were kind, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was your standard continental fare but nothing was bad about it. The pool area was kept clean and is easily accessible, and while it is small, it was quiet and nicely shaded, which made it easy to enjoy my book.

Nice breakfast, a choice of both sweet and savoury options. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The AC worked very well and was quiet. The staff in BW is amazing! Also, great location, we walked to Universal Studios. The hotel has a pretty big pool area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a budget option with good breakfast and great atmosphere near Universal :)

Very delicious and hearty breakfasts! We brought fruits with us to the park. Very close to Universal Studios, there is a shuttle to the park. Comfortable bed, quiet location, and there are Korean and Japanese restaurants nearby.

Rooms were very clean, daily hot breakfast had good options to choose. Location about a mile from universal, you can walk easily if you choose to not rent a car. hotel had free parking. Spacious room, very comfortable beds, included a mini fridge and a microwave which is a nice to have if you choose to buy take out and need to heat anything. Would definitely stay here again

The hotelmis kept very clean. The staff takes proper care. The staff is extremely helpful n amazing. Would help in each n every way. The hotel is close to all attractions. Very well maintained n helpful people. The staff is A plus category..never seen a hotel with such helpful staff.

Breakfast was horrible and the food was almost always completely gone. I waited for potatoes as she stated 7 minutes but 15minutes had passed as I watched her wrap apples. So I left did not eat two of my days there.

Overall a good stay. Huge room, very comfy bed. Location was good, just minutes from Universal Orlando.
